Eric Javier Ulloa Isaza, MD, MMM, FACP

Dr. Jose Rogelio Mendez selected for advancement to Mastership
Dr. Rogelio was officially recognized with ACP Mastership during the 2021 Internal Medicine Meeting. Masterships are awarded because of “personal character, positions of honor, contributions towards furthering the purposes of the ACP, eminence in practice or in medical research, or other attainments in science or in the art of medicine.” Dr. Rogelio has been working at Paitilla Medical Center for over 30 years and worked at Gorgas Army Medical Center in Panama for 10 years. He has been a professor of Medicine and Physiology at the University of Panama School of Medicine. Dr. Rogelio served as Governor of the ACP Central America Chapter from 2008 to 2012.
Dr. Rolando Binns Halman receives Central America Chapter 2020 Laureate Award
Dr. Binns practices Internal Medicine in Panama and has been a leader in medical care for many years. The Laureate Award honors Fellows and Masters of the College who have demonstrated an abiding commitment to excellence in medical care, education, or research and service to their community, their Chapter, and the American College of Physicians.
