While Pennsylvania and Philadelphia have started easing some COVID-19 restrictions, ACP offices remain at minimum capacity, so our mail and fax communications are slower than normal. If you need to contact us, please email, call, or web chat.

Faxes and physical mail processing may be delayed by a week or more.

NOTE regarding MOC submissions: The ACCME’s reporting system (PARS, which feeds your ABIM profile) will be offline for maintenance November 11 through November 16, 2021. Any MOC claims that are made during this time will be held by our system until PARS is open. All claims will then appear on your ABIM profile, with their original submission dates. UPDATE: We are aware of delays in MOC submissions appearing in your ABIM transcript and are actively working with the ACCME to help them resolve the issue.
