Leadership Day 2026

May 12-13, 2026  

Leadership Day increases the College’s presence on Capitol Hill and enables internal medicine physicians to advocate for our legislative priorities with Congress. ACP members will receive two days of in-depth briefings on the College’s legislative priorities and an opportunity to meet with elected officials. 

Registration is now open! ACP members interested in participating in Leadership Day 2026 should contact your ACP Chapter Governor to let them know of your interest and to be included in the chapter delegation’s congressional meetings.

Join colleagues in the Advocates for Internal Medicine Network (AIMn) in advocating for the interests of internal medicine in Washington, D.C. The AIMn program is for ACP members interested in participating in federal advocacy. It is designed to help members engage with their federal lawmakers on policy issues important to ACP and internal medicine. Member log-in is required to access legislative action alerts.
