ACP Relationships with Industry
The American College of Physicians is committed to professionalism and ethics in medicine and has always had a transparent approach to our relationship with industry partners. ACP was the first medical professional society to develop policy and standards about physicians and industry relations in 1990.
ACP's policies on professionalism and ethics are expressed in our Ethics Manual, the Charter on Medical Professionalism, and our physician-industry papers.
