In this six-session experience, we will explore how rituals, shaped by both our roots (enculturation) and our interactions with new cultures (acculturation), influence our sense of identity, purpose, and belonging. Through powerful narrative presentations, speakers will share how their lived experiences have shaped not only who they are, but how they intentionally create spaces of belonging for others.

Workshop Playback: Navigating the Residency Interview

The ACP Maryland Chapter held a webinar, Navigating the Residency Interview Process, featuring residency program leaders from George Washington University/Sinai Hospital, the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus, and Johns Hopkins University.
During this interactive session, panelists discussed what residency programs value most in applicants, strategies for successful interviews, common mistakes to avoid, and answer questions from attendees.
