Experience Coaching Support: Designed for Early Career Physicians
The early years of practice come with big decisions, steep learning curves, and limited time to reflect. Coaching isn't one more task—it's protected time to step back, think strategically, and make confident decisions in a system that rarely gives you space to do so.
Work with an ACP Physician Peer Coach in a one-on-one or small group session to gain practical insights on career direction, leadership growth, communication challenges, and professional fulfillment.
WBC Monthly Group Coaching
Current WBCs who have completed their training are eligible to attend a 1-hour monthly group coaching session. Some recent topics were Storytelling for Advocacy and Quality Improvement to Support Well-being, facilitated by ACP WBC Coach and North Carolina Governor Marion McCrary, MD, FACP. Look out for e-mails with links to register. WBCs can access materials and recordings from group coaching sessions on MyACP.
