We are a committee that serves as an advisory body for the Colorado ACP Chapter and a supportive community for internal medicine physicians navigating the transition from active practice to a new phase of purpose and meaning.”

Mission

To advance the field of internal medicine while supporting internal medicine physicians in transition or in retirement by fostering purpose, connection, and continued contribution through mentorship, education, or service.

Vision

A thriving community of retired and transitioning internists who remain intellectually engaged, socially connected, and professionally impactful, while navigating the personal and professional evolution beyond active practice.
