New American College of Physicians Position on Gender Pay Gap in Medicine

At its November Board of Regents meeting, the American College of Physicians (ACP) adopted the following statement on the Gender Pay Gap within the Field of Medicine:
The American College of Physicians believes that physicians regardless of gender should be paid equally and fairly for their work at all stages of their professional careers and in all settings.
