The ACP Central America Chapter has been serving its members for more than 40 years. Dr. Rolando Chanis Jr., our first governor, provided outstanding leadership and vision not only for this chapter but he was also the founder and leader of several other medical organizations in the Republic of Panama. Dr. Chanis is still a mentor for the Chapter even into his retirement.
Membership in the Chapter has many benefits. Not only is the Central America Chapter an excellent resource for networking within the chapter but also a resource to colleagues beyond the Central American borders. The Chapter provides insight into ever-evolving medical advances, latest technologies, and medical issues facing our communities today.
