We invite posttraining women physicians to join us for the launch of ACP's new Women in Medicine initiative at Internal Medicine Meeting 2026. This member-exclusive event is designed for posttraining women physicians to learn, connect, and grow. Learn about opportunities to engage with ACP and access resources to support your personal and professional development. Enjoy an interactive luncheon on Friday, April 17, 2026, Noon-1:30 p.m., featuring Kerri Palamara, MD, MACP, that will explore the power of coaching as a tool to support women in medicine throughout your career span.

Registration Now Open for ACP's QI Leadership Training Pre-Course at Internal Medicine Meeting 2026
April 15, 2026, in San Francisco, CA (Early Bird cost: $280)
ACP's annual quality improvement (QI) leadership training program provides meaningful QI implementation support based on principles of clinician engagement, patient and family partnership, team-based care, promotion of health equity, and promotion of clinician well-being. Participants will have the opportunity to work in small groups, with the support of a trained ACP Coach, as they design their QI project. Become an ACP-trained Physician Peer Coach. You will learn evidence-based, validated coaching skills while supporting your own professional development and helping your peers at the same time. This 12-month program runs on the dates below and provides hands-on training and personalized feedback.

We are excited to announce that the ACP Well-being Champion modules will be launching on March 18, 2026, through the Online Learning Center! This self-paced learning series empowers you to lead meaningful change as a Well-being Champion by equipping you with leadership skills, evidence-based strategies, and practical tools to foster sustainable communities of well-being and professional fulfillment right from where you are in your life and career.
WBC Monthly Group Coaching
Current WBCs who have completed their training are eligible to attend a 1-hour monthly group coaching session. Some recent topics were Storytelling for Advocacy and Quality Improvement to Support Well-being, facilitated by ACP WBC Coach and North Carolina Governor Marion McCrary, MD, FACP. Look out for e-mails with links to register. WBCs can access materials and recordings from group coaching sessions on MyACP.
