(For Internal Medicine Board Review, Maintenance of Certification and SEP Module Courses) 

Refunds requests must be received in writing and will be processed accordingly: 

  • +4 weeks prior to the start of the course – 50% refund OR no-cost switch to Virtual registration, which includes livestream access to the course plus 6 months access to course recordings 
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course - No-cost switch to Virtual registration which includes livestream access to the course plus 6 months access to course recordings.  No refunds provided under 4 weeks prior to the start of the course. 

Registrants may always choose to switch meeting registration format from Virtual to In-Person, or from In-Person to Virtual, at no charge. Send an email with your request to switch your registration to help@acponline.org. 

All cancellations are based on Eastern time. A refund that results from a cancellation or change to your registration will be returned to the original payer and in the original form of payment. 

ACP reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the College will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
