ACP Advance QI Curriculum Step 2: Identify How to Measure Change

ACP Advance Curriculum

Being able to measure change successfully is a critical component of any change project.  Identifying a strategy for measuring change begins with selecting metrics that describe or are pertinent to the problem that you are addressing. Additionally, having a robust plan for collecting data for these metrics is vital. In Step 2, the second of four modules, the importance of measurement at each stage of the change process is explored as practical applications using a case study.
