Free Online Training Modules by ACP

Patient Priorities Care (PPC) is an approach to care that focuses decision making on older patients' health goals. This can reduce unwanted and unhelpful treatment, such as medications and diagnostic tests, and may improve outcomes for older patients with multiple chronic conditions. A video explaining the approach is available on the PPC website.

ACP, in partnership with the PPC team at Yale University, has developed three independent modules to help build skills to incorporate PPC in practice:
