FAQS for ePoster Presenters

When is the ePoster deadline? All ePosters should be submitted by Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at 11:59 PM EST.  The ePoster must be a 1 slide PowerPoint presentation in poster format with a 4 minute voice-over.

When will the virtual ePoster competition take place?  The ePoster Competition will take place from from May 1 through May 7, 2021. 

Will I need to be available during the judging?  No, this is not a live competition, therefore, you need not be available during the judging.  Judges will review posters as time allows over the course of the week.  All scoring will be completed by Friday, May 7.

Am I eligible for a prize? Medical Students and Resident/Fellow Members are eligible to compete for a monetary prize in the poster division. Poster winners will be announced in mid-May.  All first authors who submit an ePoster will be notified with the results.

Will my abstract be published? Your abstract will be included on a PDF that will be available on our website. The PDF file will include all winning and finalist abstracts in both the Research and Clinical Vignette categories.
