Upcoming PQRS Deadlines

PQRSwizard Deadline February 28, 2017

If you are using PQRSwizard to submit individual measures or measure group data for 2016 PQRS requirements, data must be entered into PQRSwizard by 5 p.m. ET. (Note: Other qualified registries may have different submission deadlines.)

2014 Reporting Review

  • Physician Compare - Review 2014 PQRS measures that will be publicly reported between Oct 5 and Nov 6, 2015.
  • Negative Payment Review - Between Sept 9 and Nov 9, 2015, request informal review that CMS investigate incentive eligibility and/or payment adjustment determination
