Hello from Tucson - just finished the BOG meetings - we worked hard on important resolutions that were first passed by you, our members, and acted on in the meetings. Thank you for your feedback, stay tuned and we will keep you posted on the final results.
Chapter Excellence Update
With more intense criteria in the recently updated Chapter Excellence program our chapter made elite GOLD status - earning us increased funding from national. Thank you Julie Lake we could not have done it without you.

October 28th is National Internal Medicine Day, announced during the ACP Board of Governors Meeting! Details to come, but celebrating internists!

We are planning to organize a local Doctor's Dilemma – could be Early Career Physicians versus Masters/Fellows. Or any combination of players. Will find date and venue and let you know - Winning team may be representing Alaska at an online Regional competition next year against Pacific Northwest chapters!
