Successful PQRS reporters may qualify for upward, neutral, or downward adjustments under the VBP modifier program based on quality tiering and dependent on the size of the practice.

Individual and group level 2014 PQRS measures that will be publicly reported on Physician Compare are available for EPs to preview. If you reported any measures for PQRS on either the individual or group level list above, you can preview your data by following the CMS Guide to Physician Compare Measures Preview.
|PQRS Negative Payment Review Period||September 9-
December 16, 2015
EPs, CPC practice sites, PQRS group practices, and ACOs that did not satisfactorily report PQRS in 2014, and that believe they have been incorrectly assessed for the 2016 PQRS negative payment adjustment, may submit for an informal review requesting CMS investigate incentive eligibility and/or payment adjustment determination.
PQRS Reporting Deadline

EPs using PQRSwizard must submit their data by 5 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2016, to avoid payment penalties in 2017.
