GPRO Web Interface Deadline January 18, 2016

Data submission using this method needs to occur between January 18, 2016 and March 11, 2016. Submissions must be received by 8 p.m. ET.

PQRSWizard Deadline February 26, 2016

If you are using PQRSWizard to submit individual measures or measure group data for 2015 PQRS requirements, data must be entered into PQRSWizard by 5 p.m. ET. (Note: Other qualified registries may have different submission deadlines.)

QCDR and EHR Deadline February 29, 2016

Last day for Qualified Clinical Data Registries (QCDRs) using QRDA III format to submit 2015 CQMs for dual participation in the PQRS and the Medicare EHR Incentive Program (Meaningful Use). This is also the last day to submit PQRS data using EHR reporting methods (CEHRT direct product and data submission vendor). Submissions must be received by 8 p.m. ET.

GPRO Web Interface Deadline March 11, 2016

Data submission using this method needs to occur between January 18, 2016 and March 11, 2016. Submissions must be received by 8 p.m. ET.

QCDR and Qualified Registry Deadline March 31, 2016

Last day for Qualified Clinical Data Registries (QCDRs) using XML format to submit PQRS data. This is also the last day for Qualified Registries to submit PQRS data. Submissions must be received by 8 p.m. ET. (Note: the deadline for the PQRSwizard is February 26 at 5 p.m.)

  • Physician Compare - Review 2014 PQRS measures that will be publicly reported between Oct 5 and Nov 6, 2015.
  • Negative Payment Review - Between Sept 9 and Nov 9, 2015, request informal review that CMS investigate incentive eligibility and/or payment adjustment determination
