In a statement earlier this week, ACP responded to a Texas judge's ruling to overturn the entire Affordable Care Act (ACA). ACP believes this decision is putting the health of millions of patients at risk. Earlier this year, ACP filed an amicus curiae brief with American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. We will provide an update in January as this case moves through appeals courts.
