2. Raising Your Rates – Developing Your PDSA:
A webinar focused on Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) quality improvement cycle to help increase adult immunization rates in your practice, clinic, or hospital. Kathryn Eiler, CMM, HITCM-PP, a Medical Practice Administrator and an ACP Quality Connect Faculty Member, will teach you and your practice team strategies to implement PDSAs and best practices by reviewing low, medium, and high level examples featuring adult immunization topics.

5. Cultural Competency – How to Apply Outreach and Understanding in Your Practice:
A webinar focused on cultural competency and adult immunization to help your practice, clinic, or hospital to better communicate with your patients.
