ACP Quality Improvement

ACP offers members and other clinicians numerous quality improvement resources, extending from point-of-care tools to a national QI network linked to PQRS, helping the busy physician and health care team improve their patient care and gain ABIM MOC practice assessment points.

ACP Quality Connect

Guided QI Projects

ACP Quality Connect programs allow physicians and their health care teams to implement quality improvement with help from ACP QI experts. Through virtual presentations and coaching calls, staff will guide participants in using online QI tools and registries. Data can be uploaded from paper charts or EHRs. ABIM MOC Practice Assessment points, CME, and PQRS submission are among the benefits of the programs. Current projects include:
