We host monthly Story Swaps on the second Thursday of each month from 7:00-8:00 pm

We are all achievers, smart, and intellectual communities. But, at the same time we are human beings, we have ups and down and go through different challenges including losses, feeling less and sufferings. When things go wrong, we feel that we are not good enough and we feel vulnerable. Vulnerability refers to the state of being open to harm or attack. Vulnerability can create opportunities for growth, connection, and resilience, and if we can express it in a healthy way and we need to have a supportive community who can understand our vulnerability for our well-being. We need courage to be able to share our vulnerability.
