IMPORTANT NOTICE
Physicians who qualify for the enhanced Medicaid payment --- primary care and related subspecialists --- must make an attestation that they meet the qualifications in order to received these payments. Each state has a different procedure regarding attestation so you need to contact your local Medicaid office to obtain the specific details.
Time is of the essence ----- some states are requiring attestation as early as the middle of January.
