2008 One-Year Institutional Rates
Each subscription includes one print and unlimited online access. There is no proxy access with Tiers. Proxy access is available via site licensing. There are four subscription levels for institutions:
Tier 1 - Primarily undergraduate academic institutions; hospital or clinic (unaffiliated with a university).
Tier 2 - Research and teaching university; research library; medical school/research hospital; research laboratory.
Tier 3 - National research institute; regional hospital network.
Tier 4 - Multinational corporation (up to 4 R&D labs).

Site Licensing
Proxy access is granted to global networks, institutions, hospitals, corporations and others not meeting the criteria for tier licensing by purchasing a site license. Site licensing is negotiated by contacting the Associate Publisher, Diane McCabe, at 215-351-2642, via fax at 215-351-2438, or via e-mail at dmccabe@acponline.org.

Following the March/April issue, ACP Journal Club will become a regular feature in Annals of Internal Medicine and no longer be an independent publication. It will appear once each month in Annals starting with the May 20, 2008 issue.
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION:
New or renewal ACP Journal Club-only institutional subscriptions are no longer available.
New and renewing institutional subscribers wishing to receive ACP Journal Club must purchase a combination subscription which will include separate issues of Annals of Internal Medicine and ACP Journal Club until the change and then all issues of Annals of Internal Medicine (including those containing the Journal Club feature).
Current ACP Journal Club institutional subscribers whose subscriptions extend beyond the time of the change will begin receiving all issues of Annals of Internal Medicine (including those containing the Journal Club feature). When their subscriptions are due for renewal, they will only be able to purchase a combination subscription to continue receiving the Journal Club feature.
