Audio-Enhanced Options Arriving
Prefer to listen to while reviewing Online Learning Center content? Both full-length and chapter-based audio versions are now available within select online activities. Currently, three activities have been updated to include audio-enhanced content:

High Value Care (HVC) Case Modules
ACP's fully updated High Value Care (HVC) Case Modules are designed to enhance effective approaches to patient-centered, cost-effective care. There are four modules, each featuring 2 to 3 brief cases, that can be completed in under an hour.
- Eliminating Health Care Waste: gain a deeper understanding and maximize benefits while avoiding potential harms of interventions.
- The Cost of Care: estimate relative costs of care and effectively communicate with patients proactively about cost as a potential barrier to care.
- Diagnostic Processes: enhance clinical reasoning skills and reflect on current diagnostic processes.
- Care Setting and Cost: explore the impact of care settings on the overall cost of healthcare to help make informed decisions about the most suitable setting for an individual’s care.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Education
All prescribers, as of June 27, 2023, are required to provide a one-time attestation that they have completed 8 hours of training on the management of patients with opioid or other substance use disorders prior to renewing their DEA registration. To help our members complete the required number of hours, ACP has curated a collection of online educational activities that meet this requirement.
