Benefits After Three Months

College-Sponsored Defined Contribution 401(k) Plan

After three months of employment, the College contributes 11% of your base salary to an account established for you. Employees may invest the contribution among several fund options provided by the plan sponsor. Employees are not required to match this contribution and they will be fully vested.





Benefits After One Year

Tuition Reimbursement

ACP provides tuition reimbursement to eligible employees for work-related courses and/or study towards a work-related degree.
