I look to the ACP to provide leadership in representing the interests of internists in our interaction with government and other professional organizations nationally and to facilitate education and the dissemination of information of interest to our constituents. I view our local Governor's role as the interface between the Nebraska Chapter members and the national organization in airing our agenda nationally and to reporting back locally as well as encouraging participation in ACP and supporting education in Nebraska. If elected I would strive to maintain the high standard set by our previous leaders.
