The Nebraska Chapter of the American College of Physicians (ACP)
will hold its annual ACP Associate and Student member poster
competition on Thursday, October 23rd at the CenturyLink Conference
Center from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The winning resident and the
winning student will be funded (up to $1,500) to travel to Boston,
MA to present their work at the national ACP Internal Medicine 2015
meeting, April 30-May 2, 2015.
Please use the abstract
form for your submission, which can be completed and submitted
online. Regulations for abstract submissions are shown below.
Please note that authors must be ACP members prior to submitting
the abstract. Membership for students is free and an
application form can be completed online. Residents can also
complete an online
membership application. Please allow three days after applying
for membership before submitting your abstract.
Also, please note that you must register for the annual meeting.

No abstracts will be accepted after 5:00 pm (central) June 20,
2014. Applicants will be notified by August 1 whether the abstract
has been accepted for presentation.
More detailed information about how to prepare an abstract and
poster may be found at the
ACP Web site. This site refers specifically to the national
abstract and poster competition, but the same principles apply for
presenting at our chapter meeting.
