FAQ

Due to rapidly escalating health concerns related to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), our chapter has come to the difficult decision to move to virtual for the 2020 meeting. In the spirit of our chapter values to “adapt and overcome,” we have decided to move to a virtual event.

How do I find and access which sessions will be virtual?

Sessions will be marked on the Chapter Web site as virtual and found in the virtual meeting gallery. We will add a link for the audience to join virtual sessions in the online session gallery. Only registered attendees who are logged in will be able to access these links.

Will attendees be able to ask questions or participate in the session, or is the session just going to consist of streamed presentations?

Attendees can participate during the live zoom sessions on Friday, September 11, 2020

Will sessions be recorded and archived for later consumption?

Yes, this meeting will be available for 6 months after its live date.

For other questions about the virtual meeting, contact Carrie Reisig at 406-899-8765 or creisig@gmail.com.
