Over the next two years, ACP plans to train up to 120 new Well-being Champions (two per chapter) to supplement the efforts of the inaugural group of 20 Champions trained in 2015. The role of the Well-being Champions is to promote the rationale for investing in clinician well-being, share key evidence-based strategies to improve clinician well-being and professional satisfaction, and foster the development of chapter-based communities that support well-being and professional satisfaction.
