The Legislature had previously passed $200 million in support for health care clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.

It also establishes a long-term insulin affordability plan for diabetics who are uninsured or under-insured, on Medicare or have high copay. This bill was signed into law this week and is effective 7-1-20.
