Dear ACP Maryland Chapter Member,
As many of you have heard by now, the federal government launched the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPi) last year to provide practices with the training needed to be successful for new payment models. As part of this program, practices join a Practice Transformation Network (PTN) that provides them with FREE information, coaching, tools, resources and support to succeed.
While many PTNs across the country are filled and no longer accepting new enrollees, eligible practices located in Maryland still have an opportunity to join the Garden Practice Transformation Network (GPTN) by affiliating with the Maryland Learning Collaborative. If you are concerned about how you will fare under the QPP and want free help to assure success, I highly encourage you to review the flyer for more information about eligibility and joining.
I look forward to seeing you at our meeting in February. In the meantime, if you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact ACP at SAN@acponline.org.
