Zoom Series: Basics, Myths and Updates in Sepsis and Acute Kidney Injury

The ACP Maryland Chapter's ECP and IMG committees presented the 2nd in a series of workshops on Critical Care on January 6.

This session's topic, "Basics, Myths & Updates in Sepsis and Acute Kidney Injury," was extremely informative and provided basic and detailed information on these subjects.

Because these workshops are virtual, we are also able to have experts from across the country as part of this series.

Our thanks go out to Dr. Ellen Marciniak, Assistant Professor, Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, Department of Medicine, University of Maryland School of  Medicine in Baltimore and Dr. Matthew Sparks, Assistant Professor, Division of Nephrology, Department of Medicine, Duke University School of Medicine, Durham, NC.  Of course, special thanks to Drs. Sam Kant, ECP co-chair, and Janaki Deepak, IMG co-chair, for being able to find the best possible guest lecturers for this series.
