Ambulatory Practice Patient Family Engagement

October 2018 - Action Needed

The Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) has engaged the Institute for Patient-and Family-Center Care (IPFCC) to create a comprehensive Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) Guidance Document tailored to Maryland ambulatory practices.  But to accomplish this task, they need input from ambulatory practices in Maryland.  There are two options for participation – review of the draft document or field test tools in your practice.  Honorariums are being offered for your efforts.  To find out more about this opportunity for you to make a difference in our health care community go to the website or view the attachment.  Please use the survey link to participate.
