2017 Medical Students' Steps to Success Abstract Submission Guidelines
The deadline for submission of ALL abstracts is Saturday, February 25, 2017.
- Medical students from any medical school at any level of training are encouraged to submit abstracts for poster presentations.
- Abstracts will be no longer than 450 words in length, and may represent either a clinical vignette or clinical research. Please refer to the guide on the ACP Web site for preparing an abstract.
- You must register for the meeting prior to submitting your abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the electronic submission form. Once you have submitted your abstract you will receive a confirming email documenting your submission. All submissions must be received by midnight Eastern time on Saturday, February 25, 2017.
An individual may be an author on more than one abstract, but can be presenting author on only one abstract. Each abstract should be registered only once, preferably by the presenting author. (Co-authors are strongly encouraged to register for and attend the Steps to Success meeting.) You should print and retain your registration form and the confirmation screen. At the registration desk on the day of the meeting you will be assigned a location to display your poster.
