The Maryland Chapter held its chapter meeting on February 3-4,
2012 at Turf Valley. As part of Saturday's event, we hosted the
16th Annual Doctors Dilemma™ contest. Twelve teams
participated in the contest, including: Franklin Square, Good
Samaritan, GBMC, Harbor, Johns Hopkins Broadway, Maryland General,
St. Agnes, Sinai, Union, UMMS, Army, Navy. We also had 10 faculty
from across the region who were willing to participate in the
contest and act as judges/moderators, and we thank them for their
activities on behalf of the Chapter. Thanks to the CRAB co-chairs,
Drs. Mohit Girotra and Alireza Zarrabi, as well as the many CRAB
members who were able to assist with the contest. A special thanks
to our Doctors Dilemma™ coordinator, Dr. Janaki Deepak.
Congratulations to the winners of the Doctors Dilemma™
contest who were from Franklin Square Hospital. The team members
included Drs. Zain Syed, Dereddiraja Shekar Reddy, Navreen K. Voore
and Nargiz Muganlinskaya. Congratulations also to the 2nd place
team (Hopkins/Bayview) and the third place team from Good Samaritan
(from left) the Governor, Dr. Chow, Dr. Claudia Kroker, winning
