As you may know the KY Chapter of the America College of Physicians recognizes several physician and community members annually during the scientific meeting awards ceremony. These awards reflect commitment to the improvement of health care in the state of Kentucky or commitment to our state ACP chapter. This year’s meeting is scheduled to take place Wednesday, October 3rd at Founders Union-University of Louisville Shelby Campus.
In anticipation of our meeting in October, I would like to call for nominations for each of our awards. Deadline for submitting is September 5th. Final selection will be determined by the Awards Committee and the Governor’s Council.
