FAQ

Due to rapidly escalating health concerns related to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), our chapter has come to the difficult decision to move to virtual for the 2021 meeting. In the spirit of our chapter values to “adapt and overcome,” we have decided to move to a virtual event.

How do I find and access which sessions will be virtual?

This entire meeting will be held virtually. Join links are available in the Virtual Meeting Hub. Only registered attendees who are logged in will be able to access these links.

I cannot access my ACPonline account or I do not have an ACPonline account

If you have any difficulty accessing your ACP account, you can reset your username and password. You can do so by clicking on the MyACP link at the top of the ACP web site. Nonmembers are advised to use their e-mail address as their username when creating a password. If you require additional assistance, please contact us (M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET) via web chat or call 800-ACP-1915 or 215-351-2600 or via e-mail at help@acponline.org

Cancellations / Refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (fax, mail, or e-mail). Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. A processing fee of $20.00 will be deducted from the member’s refund. Individuals who fail to attend the course (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund.

Will attendees be able to ask questions or participate in the session, or is the session just going to consist of streamed presentations?

We are aiming to make options available that include attendee interaction options like a live chat window and/or polling. We would like for sessions to be interactive when possible and desired.

Will sessions be recorded and archived for later consumption?

The meeting will be recorded and available for playback for one year.

For other questions about the virtual meeting, contact Helen Victor at 808-223-9433 or hvictoracp@gmail.com .
