Southern California Region I Chapter Governor, Mark S. Noah, MD, FACP began his four-year term as Governor in the Spring of 2016. As Governor, Dr. Noah will serve as the official representative of the College for the Southern California Region I Chapter, providing a link between members at the local level and leadership at the national level. POST DOCTORAL TRAINING: 1981-84 Cedars-Sinai Medical Center - Internal Medicine Internship and Residency, 1992-93 University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine - Fellowship in Medical Education
