Due to rapidly escalating health concerns related to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), our chapter has come to the difficult decision to move to virtual for the 2020 meeting. In the spirit of our chapter values to “adapt and overcome,” we have decided to move to a virtual event.

How do I find and access which sessions will be virtual?

Sessions will be marked on the Chapter Meeting Hub as virtual. We will add a link for the audience to join virtual sessions in the online session gallery. Only registered attendees who are logged in will be able to access these links.

Will attendees be able to ask questions or participate in the session, or is the session just going to consist of streamed presentations?

We aim to make options available that include attendee interaction options like a live chat window and/or polling. We would like for sessions to be interactive when possible and desired.

Will sessions be recorded and archived for later consumption?

The meeting will be recorded and available for purchase for 6 months past the meeting date.

For other questions about the virtual meeting, contact Debbie Webber, CAE at 602-347-6916 or
