Dr. José Rogelio Méndez selected for advancement to Mastership

(May 2021) Congratulations to Dr. José Rogelio Méndez, who has been elected as a Master of the College (MACP). To be considered for Mastership, the candidate must have made a notable contribution to medicine. This includes but is not limited to teaching, outstanding work in clinical medicine (research or practice), contributions to preventive medicine, improvements in the delivery health care, or contributions to medical literature.

Dr. Rolando Binns Halman, FACP receives Laureate Award

(April 2021) Dr. Rolando Binns Halman is the recipient of our Chapter Laureate Award. The Laureate is the highest award bestowed at the Chapter level. Laureate Award recipients are ACP Chapter members who have demonstrated, by their example and conduct, an abiding commitment to excellence in medical care, education, or research and in service to their community, their Chapter, and the American College of Physicians.
