Meet the Ontario Governor

The Ontario Chapter Governor is George K. Dresser, MD, FACP. Dr. Dresser completed a year of training as a Governor-elect and started his four-year term as Governor in the Spring of 2019. As Governor, Dr. Dresser serves as the official representative of the College for the Ontario Chapter, providing a link between members at the local level and ACP leadership. Present Position:  Associate Professor of Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University

ACP Chapter Involvement and Leadership Activities:  Ongoing support for Western University ACP journal club activities; Presentation of Hypertension Guidelines at Annual Chapter meeting; Research judging for trainee presentations at Annual Chapter conference

ACP National Activities:  ACP representative, CSIM scientific program committee 2017
