Getting started is easy:

  1. Contact the ACP Practice Assessment Tools staff at acppatools@acponline.org to request enrollment in the Low Back Pain program.
  2. ACP staff will send you an email containing the instructions for creating your account.
  3. View the Quick Start User Guide (PDF) and follow the simple steps to improve your care of patients with low back pain and receive both CME credit and MOC points for doing so!
