While this recording predates the elimination of consult codes, the Initial Preventive Physical Exam (IPPE), and the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV), it is still accurate and relevant. This presentation is for the paper-based practice - it does not address issues and precautions related to EHR use, such as cloning, re-use, checklists, and errors in typed or dictated notes.
