Carefully researched and field tested by practitioners, this tool is designed for easy implementation by you, your staff and, most importantly, your patients. Designed by internists, for internists, the survey focuses on patient interactions. Patients will evaluate your sensitivity and clarity of language; their comfort level with you and your staff; and the convenience and availability of your practice.
