Abstract Review Board

Quick Links

Thank you for agreeing to serve as a reviewer for the 2008 National Abstract Competitions. There were 32 Basic Research abstracts, 256 Clinical Research abstracts, 84 Quaility Improvement/Patient Safety abstracts, and 1,691 Clinical Vignette abstracts submitted to the Associates Competitions. We hope you find reviewing the work of these promising young physicians and medical students a rewarding experience.

Your assigned abstracts are now ready for review. Be sure to read the guidelines carefully before grading. Both the guidelines and the grading criteria are in the reviewer section of the electronic abstract system. As in the past, every abstract will be graded by a team of three reviewers. Once again, you'll notice the absence of author, co-author(s), and institution information on the abstracts. This feature was implemented as a direct result from reviewer feedback from past years.

Please log in to the electronic abstract system using the username and password you created for the "Members Only" sections of ACPonline. Your scores should be submitted using the electronic abstract system on or before December 5, 2007.
