Physician Compensation and Benefits

In all likelihood, the compensation and benefit packages that
you will be offered will differ from one practice or institution to
another. Bonuses or improved benefits from one group will probably
offset a lower base salary from another. Even if the compensation
packages appear to be equal, other factors such as vacation days or
practice culture may be importantly different and influence your
final choice. It can be confusing to organize these many different
but important pieces of data. In order to help you accomplish this
task, ACP has created a Physician Compensation and Benefits
Worksheet.
