"ACP-ASIM is well-known for its carefully researched guidelines and evidence-based clinical information," said ACP-ASIM COO and Deputy Executive Vice President John Tooker, MD, FACP. We recognize the need to utilize the capabilities that e-health services provide to further our mission of improving professionalism and excellence in medicine."
"Integrating ACP-ASIM's information into the Dashboard increases the benefits of our e-solutions for physicians, offering an unparalleled, one-source access to vital patient information and the medical profession's most respected resources," said John Cooper, vice president, e-business, SMS.
ACP-ASIM will provide a variety of content to SMS, including "ACP Journal Club," a searchable database of medical research articles that helps physicians find answers to patient problems; clinical practice and screening guidelines; and Clinical Problem Solving Cases, a new series of interactive physician education tools.
