Case Study Reports
The following case studies record the experiences of real practices in adopting EHR. Later we will revisit them individually to illustrate the successes and challenges encountered at specific stages in the adoption process. However, since each of them overlaps more than one stage in the process, physicians can benefit initially from quickly reading through all the reports to gain a better understanding of what lies ahead, what EHR implementation requires of a practice, and the many possibilities it offers.
