U.S. Physicians Post-Training: Apply Online
- New to ACP - begin the membership application process.
- Past ACP Members - you don't have to complete a new form- simply reinstate your membership online.
- Former Associates - If you are still in residency or fellowship training, you can be reinstated by completing an Associate Reinstatement Form. If you're training is completed and you are qualified for full Membership, a new application must be completed.
- Previously Registered with ACP - if you have created an ACP login to purchase a product, attend an event, or for some other reason, but never became a member, you can login and complete a membership application.
Chapter Membership
Membership in ACP also includes membership in your local chapter based on your preferred mailing address or current military service. Members can contact Member Credentialing to request an alternative chapter assignment. Learn more about our Chapter Network.
Membership Connection
ACP members are offered the exclusive benefit of access to "Member Connection." This is an online directory of ACP members (unless they ask not to be included) that is accessible only to members. Members who wish to be excluded from Member Connection should submit the exclusion form found at www.acponline.org/exclusionform.
