Convocation 2014 General Information
Date: Thursday, April 10, 2014
Time: Convocation begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Location: The Convocation ceremony will be held in Hall D2 in:
Orange County Convention Center
On Thursday evening there is extended bus service between most convention hotels and the Convocation Ceremony at the Orange County Convention Center.

Exhibit Hall Attendee Badge:
Only spouses/guests of a registered physician qualify for an Exhibit Hall Attendee badge. The cost is $40 for 1 day. Internal Medicine 2014 is a private event for physician attendees and their guests. The Exhibit Hall Attendee badge cannot be purchased by spouses/guests of a non-registered physician.
Fellows & Masters Lounge:
Fellows and Masters of the College are welcome to visit the Fellows and Masters Lounge in the Convention Center. This lounge includes computers with Internet access, printers, and a comfortable place to meet with colleagues or relax between activities. This lounge is located in the Exhibit Hall and will be open during regular Exhibit Hall hours.
DVDs of Convocation may be purchased after the ceremony, for shipment in early Fall. Order forms will be made available in New Fellows Regalia Area and are included in the Convocation program.
A Herff Jones photography representative will be taking candid photographs of Convocation participants in the hours leading up to the ceremony. Some of these photos will be included on the Convocation DVD and may be used in future ACP promotional materials.
